Contract for the Supply of Products or Services
The display of goods on the Nova Scotia Farm Produce web site amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell products or services at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of or goods will be deemed to exist between you and Nova Scotia Farm Produce unless, and until, a phone call following the confirmation e-mail generated by your order, is made by Nova Scotia Farm Produce to you. Confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully received over the phone.

This confirmation phone call amounts to an acceptance by Nova Scotia Farm Produce of your offer to buy goods or services from Nova Scotia Farm Produce and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the confirmation e-mail. A lead time may be given for items that maybe temporarily out of stock.

Nova Scotia Farm Produce are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any description applied to the goods or services, the availability of the goods or services, or the order itself.

Processing of orders
Credit/Debit cards are debited before items are shipped or before services are activated by Nova Scotia Farm Produce.

Delivery
When the phone call giving confirmation of the order and taking payment is made by Nova Scotia Farm Produce. A delivery arrangement will also be confirmed. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the courier is able to make a delivery particularly if there is not likely to be anyone to receive the package. eg Leave with next door , or please leave behind the green bin. The courier will if no such instruction made return the package to the regional depot, leaving a collection card at the delivery address. Nova Scotia Farm Produce will not accept responsibility for missed deliveries. Given the perishable nature of our products.

Returns Policy
Customers that have purchased products from Nova Scotia Farm Produce who are unsatisfied with any of these products delivered must notify Nova Scotia Farm Produce either by phone or e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of products. We will be happy to offer a replacement item, in certain cases a discount may be offered to you to use against your next purchase or subject to our discretion a refund.

Please contact the office on 0113 2893890 with any complaints or queries about any of our products delivered and they will arrange for one of the above or if required a refund to your credit/debit card.

Limitation of Liability
Except as specifically stated on this site, neither Nova Scotia Farm Produce nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Illegal Acts
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught will fully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on this website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

Changes in Terms
Nova Scotia Farm Produce reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Nova Scotia Farm Produce web site.

Privileged Information
Nova Scotia Farm Produce will not pass any customers details to any third party marketing groups. Once processed customer payment details will be shredded or erased and no copy kept.
