Yorkshire Beef & Stout Casserole

A local traditional dish using Samuel Smith’s Stout, brewed 6 miles from our farm. The stout and a dash of Worcestershire Sauce creates rich almost sweet gravy which compliments the carrot batons and our chunks of lean steak, which simply melt. Serve with fluffy mash or jacket potato and accompany with seasonal dark greens.
