This one is based on a recipe of a restaurant in Skiathos; of Mamma Mia fame! A very bold distinct dish, not common in the UK. Beautifully tender steak, onion, rich tomato and red wine together with ground all spice berry and garlic. The piquant flavour of the all spice really punches through.
